We are saddened to hear the news that the Water Skills Academy has now ceased trading. We know many of their team who are well respected paddlers in the UK SUP scene, and our best wishes go out to them all whilst they navigate this difficult time.

In light of the recent decision by Sport England to grant an additional NGB status within Stand up paddle boarding, BSUPA have provided the following statement.

It’s the time of year for the 2023 BSUPA AGM. If you need to revalidate your instructor’s qualifications or meet the team or participate in the gathering you are most welcome.

BSUPA recognise the findings of the MAIB report (Dec 2022) on the fatal incident at Haverfordwest October 2021, and support their recommendations.
