Battle of the Paddle comes to South Wales

Next weekend 4th and 5th September, sees a BSUPA supported event run by The Gower Paddle Club going ahead in the beautiful location of The Gower in South Wales.

The Gower Battle of the Paddle in association with Bae Fest promises to be a fantastic event but due to the style of the event we are awaiting feedback from BSUPA insurers to let us know if it can be included as a BSUPA Series Race Event. The Gower Paddle Surf Club have our thanks for taking on this event on such short notice due to the original organisers pulling out.

BSUPA are supporting this event what ever the outcome. If the insurers say no - well, it will be a great fun race.

The race takes place on Saturday 4th in Swansea Bay as part of the Bae Fest, registration at midday (parking on the recreation ground at St Helen's Rugby pitch). Sunday we see some surfing action at Llangennith with a fun surf event.
