BSUPA Free Race Wave Fun Coaching SUP Session

10am at X-Train HQ -West Wittering Windsurf Club

Jock Patterson BSUPA surf and distance champion 2009 will be holding a free coaching session for BSUPA members and non members over at West Wittering beach.

He is going to cover distance training, wave event strategy, paddle technique and some surfing heat practice - he will also discuss fitness training and nutrition. 

Matt Argyle BSUPA chairman, ranked overall 2nd BSUPA surf and distance 2009, Simon Bassett BSUPA head coach and owner of X-Train and Neal Gent BSUPA 2008 Surf Champion will also be on hand to coach all levels.

So there will be plenty of free coaching for all levels free from BSUPA, 
all are invited, please come along with your gear and have a good time out on
the water.

 You will have to pay the car park fee when you drive up to beach but you can
use the windsurf club courtesy of Simon at X-Train for showers and tea and
 coffees- would suggest to bring some lunch - and to keep eye on the weather http://www.2xs.co.uk/weather/
