Extreme Academy BSUPA 2009 Series Final – Watergate Gate, Cornwall October 17th & 18th Events Program

Less than five days to go until this years Extreme Academy BSUPA 2009 Series Final at Watergate Bay and the excitement is building up.

I would like to thank the Extreme Academy for confirming there support for the event along with secondary support from Naish, Roxy, Quiksilver Surf School Newquay, Onfire, Prosport, Nah Skwell Paddleboards, X-Paddles, Indo Boards & Westcountry Watersports. In addition to the competition both Naish & Nah Skwell will be bringing along a selection of demo for competitors to try. Want to know what all the buzz is about surrounding the Nah Skwell 7’8”? Here’s your chance to find. There will also be the new Naish 14ft Glide on display.

With so much going on I’m guessing you’ll be wondering how we will fit it all in?

Saturday 17th October

8.30am – 9.30am Competitor Registration in Marquee on beach
10.00am – Competition and safety briefing in Marquee on beach.
10.30am – First possible start (WAVES)
17.30pm – Proposed finish subject to weather and conditions.
19.30pm – Food & Beer (white wine or fruit based drinks for the ladies) Phoenix Bar, Watergate Bay. Tickets £10 per people available at Registration in Marquee.

Sunday 18th October

9.00- 9.30am – Competitor Registration in Marquee on beach
10.00am – Competition and safety briefing in Marquee on beach
10.30am – Distance race
13.00pm – Fun team sprint races
16.00pm – Prize Giving
