Simon started paddle surfing in 2006 and started teaching SUP the same year and is really into the surf and expedition side of SUP.. Simon has been involved in windsurf tuition and coaching since the age of 16 and has worked in the UK and abroad .As head coach of BSUPA he has developed with the training team the BSUPA scheme and is working with AALS,the RNLI on SUP safety and working with the team to develop the next stage of the tuition program .Simon runs a dedicated SUP school –X-train on West Wittering beach .

Andy's expertise is teaching instructors he has been involved with BKSA rolling out there school and instructor scheme and has a vast knowledge and expertise in this area .Andy has been paddle surfing for two years and runs Easyriders kite and sup school in Poole .He has worked closely with Simon in developing the scheme and has been leading the instructor courses with Simon.

Chris who is based at Harlyn surf school and is a expert in surf coaching and very keen paddlesurfer is assisting us with the development of the surf coaching stage of the BSUPA scheme and will be bring his expertise as lifeguard trainer to BSUPA instructor courses .We will also be launching the the BSUPA surf scheme late 2010 or 2011 at Harlyn Surf School.

Matt has worked closely with Simon and Andy to bring the BSUPA scheme to life his knowledge and expertise of e-learning and paddle surfing has helped in creation the the BSUPA instructors manual .He will also be working with the training team in development of the bsupa level 2 ready to surf scheme .Matt is also chairman of BSUPA and a top ranked SUP rider on the BSUPA circuit.
Jock Patterson -Technical Paddle Coach
Jock has a wealth of surf and sup experience to bring to the training scheme he is ex BLU long board champ as well as 2009 BSUPA overall champion he will helping us launch the BSUPA ready to surf scheme for 2011.Jock is also acting as our technical paddle expert .Jock Simon and Matt will crossing the channel for SAS this summer.
