BSUPA Instructors Course Level 1 - Ready to Ride 12/13 October 2009
We are now confirming the first SUP instructors course on the 12th & 13th of October 2009, at X-Train, West Wittering Beach.
This course will enable instructors to teach beginners our Ready to Ride © level 1 course, which is aimed as an introduction to the sport on flat water.
The initial response to the announcement of the course has been overwhelming, please note there are only 12 places available on the course, on a first come first serve basis. To guarantee your place please follow the instructions in the Booking Form and return it to the address on the form.
Stand Up Paddle Coaching
We are in progress of finalizing our paddle surfing coaching scheme and we will be running our first instructors course in October 12th/13th, and trainers course in early Nov(TBC) 2009. The idea behind the BSUPA scheme is to keep it simple safe and get good results from solid coaching practice. We have already seen this season a big increase in demand for learning to SUP so we feel it is important to create a course and pathway for paddle surfing .We have been working with BKSA head coach Andy Gratwick and the BSA Matt Lloyd as well as a number of instructors who are teaching SUP lessons across the UK.
